SHIPPING & DELIVERY

INCOMING: We pay the postage on all orders sent to us.
OUTGOING: There is a flat fee of $3.95 for all orders shipped out. Orders which total $100 or more are shipped free.

We encourage electronic submission of your files. Our online upload form is intended for small orders and occasional users. Larger volumes of work will need to be sent through FTP. Either way, you will be amazed at how fast and easy online submission can be.

Prepaid CD mailers are available upon request (Recommended for proofing jobs up to 2GB). The postage for all other work sent to us by first class mail is deducted from your final bill.

We ship completed work back to you through USPS priority mail. Your share of the shipping and handling cost is only $3.95. You are responsible for the actual shipping charges for other carriers, for expedited service and on orders over 16x20 shipped flat.

We still make physical deliveries to clients within 20 miles of our plant. We require a $100 minimum order for all free deliveries.
